"We have the answers to everything the Archivist every knew. All that
came before Him, and all that came after."
Below you will find the Q&A to the general questions for this year's Whispers of Rekura.

Whispers of Rekura 2010 FAQ
Q: Was there a Sun or Moon on the Archives?
A: No, there was no sun and no moon. The Archives were instead lit by the blue-white energies of the Sanctuary in the
stars during the day. At night the giant white-arch that is connected to the top of the Spire acted as a makeshift 'moon' to
provide the night world with light.

Q: Did the Archivists have ranks, labels, and jobs assigned to them as well?
A: No, the Archivists existed without labels or ranks. They did not identify themselves as either Scholars, Protectors, or
Healers, because these ranks were made-up entirely for the WoRs, and did not exist until they arrived on the Archives.

Q: Why did the Archivists create the Areas of Study? (Scholars, Protectors, Healers)
A: Unable to grasp emotion, and not knowing how to raise such a different species from themselves, the Archivists took it
upon themselves to raise the WoRs through different study paths. It was their way of "raising" them.

Q: Did the Archivists have individual names? Genders?
A: The Archivists did not have names of their own, or anything to identify them as true individuals (no memories of their
"own", no "personality").  They did not have genders.

Q: Were the Healers trained in an infimary/Healer-shrine like what we have in the modern BP times?
A: No. No such areas existed on the Archives. It was a world kept in an almost primordial-state, with only the faded
remains of stone architecture which had been left to erode by time. The Healers, and others of all Studies, were not trained
in specific areas or buildings.

Q: Did Healers practice their craft on the Archivists, or were they restricted to honing their skills by using them on
the other WoRs?
A: They would have practiced what they learned on the Archivists, but they wouldn't have actually "healed" them. It wouldn't
be until the Archivists were sure the WoRs were doing it "right" that they let them try their skills on actual, living, subjects.
The same was done in the Protector area of study, where the Archivists acted as sparring opponents but could never truly
be harmed in the fights.

Q: Where did the Amulets come from?
A: There are thousands of Amulets all over the Archives, and all have the same power and similar design. They were
things left behind by the "ones who died here".

Q: How did the Archivists know what the symbols on the WoRs meant?
A: In their own words;  "They have always been used for star dates and navigation, why would we not know what they
meant?" .  They were familiar with them because they've seen the marking-types before, and could read them just fine.

Q: Can the Scholars read the 'meaning' behind the other symbols that older generation WoRs have?
A: Why wouldn't they be able to? They're masters at translating and finding information.

Q: Will these WoRs ever return to the Archives?
A: Doubtful. The Archivists had told them many times during their stay they weren't meant to live in the Archives, anyway.
That they would eventually return to their "true home". They were simply guests in the Archives. Even if, for a time, it was
home for them.
